Sreeramchandra won the 5th season of Indian Idol. Before entering the biggest talent hunt show of the Indian Television Industry, Sreeramchandra had marked its presence in the Telgu Film Industry by lending his magical voice in several Telgu films. He was not only honored by the Government of Andhra Pradesh by the Lata Mangeshkar Award but also received other several awards like Ghantasala Award, P.B. Sreenivas Award by Singer P.B. Sreenivas at Ravindra Bharathi, Hyderabad, A.P. Sreeram has performed with well known singers of the Film Industry and has performed nationally and internationally. He has sung 3 songs in 'Sabari Gireesha Saranam' an audio CD composed by Mantha Srinivas. He performed at 2010 commonwealth games in New Delhi during the closing ceremony.Sreeramchandra sang for the Hollywood film "The Chroniciles of Narnia: The Voyage of the dawn treader" for a song "Rehnuma" which is from his own album "Rehnuma" playing over the end credits. It is one of the biggest achievements for him as is the only artist from Asia so far collaborating with Fox and is also the first ever Indian singer to have a song featured in a Hollywood film.

Sourabhee Debbarma is the first ever female singer to win the title of Indian Idol. The north - eastern sensational singer won lots of accolades for her rocking and consistent performances in the show. After winning the epic title of Indian Idol 4, Sourabhee came up with her first album 'Meherbaan'. Sourabhee not only broke the chain of male singers winning the title but she also created a history by breaking a Guinness world record as she attempted to sing a song hanging upside down. She took the challenge to break the existing record of New Zealand's Rebecca Wright, who sang upside down for 3 Min 53 Seconds. In her attempt to break the current world records she sang three Bollywood numbers of Bollywood actress Priety Zinta. Sourabhee almost sang for 4 minutes and 30 seconds and succeeded in entering her name in the Guinness book of world records.

Prashant Tamang from Darjeeling became the third Indian Idolthe first from the Indian police force to reach final rounds of Indian Idol and win it. He became the hot favorite of India, especially Kolkata police who showed tremendous support. Whole Darjeeling was showering their blessings on Prashant Tamang as Rallys were organized in the city and schools and support of several Newspapers. After winning the title of Indian Idol 3, Prashant Tamang came up with his first ever album "Dhanyavad" which included some Hindi and Nepali songs followed by another album 'Namaste' and has also performed all over the world. He has sung for few Nepali films like Himmat2 and has also acted in several Nepali films like 'Gorkha Paltan' which did extremely well at the Box office, 'Angalo Yo Maya Ko' and 'Kina Maya Ma'.

Sandeep Acharya became the second Indian Idol. Before winning the title of Indian Idol 2, he was a runner up in the Golden voice of Rajasthan which was organized in Rajasthan and from there his musical journey began. Whole nation was mesmerized by his charming smile and melodious voice. Sandeep has also won awards for his excellence in the field of singing as he was awarded for the best new talent of Bollywood in New Jersey, USA followed by 'Sur Aradhna award' that took place in Delhi's Sirifort auditorium for the best upcoming male singer category and has also received an award by the shehenshah of the Indian Film Industry Mr. Amitabh Bachchan in London. His series of albums include 'Mere saath saara Jahan' which topped the charts and has also participated in various reality shows.

Abhijeet Sawant is one of the finest singers of the Indian Television industry and has won lots of accolades in the field of singing by becoming the first 'Indian Idol'. He soon became the heartthrob of the nation after winning the title and mesmerized all music lovers with his voice and killing smile. He has also participated in 'Asian Idol' which was held in Jakarta, Indonesia. He also acted in the Bollywood film 'Lottery'. His song "Mohabbatein Lutaunga" from the Album 'Aapka Abhijeet Sawant' was a major hit followed by his next album 'Junoon' which topped the charts and his dream came true when Composer Himesh Reshammiya gave him his first break in the film 'Aashiq banaya aapne' with the smash hit "Marjaawan Mitjawaan".
