The following terms and conditions shall apply for the usage of this website and the users of the website expressly agree to these terms while using the website or at the time of registration with the website:

1. The website contains audio-video, video and audio content from the channels owned and/or operated by Multi Screen Media Private Limited ("MSM") and such other content in which MSM hold valid legal rights (collectively, the "Content").
2. The Content does not and shall not consist of User Generated Content ("UGC") and the website does not have any functionality to upload UGC.
3. Users of the website can stream the Content but cannot download it. Although MSM has used sufficient security measures to disable the downloading of Content, any attempt by the user to download the content shall be breach of these terms and conditions and may invite legal action from MSM.
4. Users of the website can rate the content and express their views. Where the website allows the users to express their views, users understand, acknowledge and warrant that their comments, views and feedback shall not constitute libel, unwarranted language, defamatory words/language against MSM, advertisers and sponsors on the website. MSM shall take an action against such users in breach of this condition.
5. Users of this website can view selected content for free and without any registration ("Facility without Registration"). MSM shall have the sole discretion in making available such Content for viewing of the users as it may decide from time to time. MSM shall have the right to withdraw Facility without Registration and may make the registration by users mandatory for being able to view any Content on the website without giving any prior notice on the website or otherwise.
6. In order to be able to view all the Content on the website, Users are required to register themselves with the website ("Facility with Registration"). The registration process may be updated by MSM from time to time and typically requires a user to furnish personal information like email address, name, address, telephone number, hobbies and likewise. Facility with Registration is free of cost.
7. MSM reserves the right to charge money for allowing the viewers to view the Content or specific Content in respect of Facility with Registration without giving any notice to registered users of the website, on the website or otherwise.
8. Users are advised to read the "Privacy Policy" of the website before furnishing the personal information.
9. For the purpose of availing Facility with Registration, a user will have to keep his email address as his/her login ID and such password which a user may select. Users must note that the website does not have an access to the passwords of the users and therefore, the website takes no liability to help the users to retrieve the passwords. During the registration process for Facility with Registration, users may be asked to answer a secret question which will be saved in the registration details of the user on the website's server. If a user forgets his/her password, the system will generate a new password which will then be sent to user's email address; provided however that such user answers the secret question that matches the answer registered by such user at the time of registration. MSM will not entertain any requests from the users to retrieve the passwords by passing the foregoing process.
10. Once the users have logged in, they can start marking videos that they like as their favorite videos. The backend of the website captures the user's browsing pattern and saves the history of Content that the user has browsed. Based on the Content the user has browsed and marked as favorite, more such similar content shall be offered to the users on their next visit to the website.
11. The Content shall be played/streamed on the website using a "Flash Video Player", the design, software and all other aspects of which are proprietary to MSM and/or its affiliates that hold all the rights including, but not limited to, copyrights and design of Flash Video Player. An attempt by any user or third party to infringe the copyrights and/or design of the Flash Video Player shall amount to infringement of MSM's intellectual property rights and shall be subject to legal action.
12. All rights in the marks and logos of "Video Chaska", the logo of computer within the logo of "Video Chaska", SONY, SONY ENTERTAINMENT TELEVISION, SAB, MAX, PIX are vested in MSM.
13. In Facility without Registration, a user is allowed to do the following on the website in relation to the Content made available for viewing/streaming purposes:
    1. Rate the video
    2. Comment on the video
    3. Use the provided embed code to publish the same video on their personal website/blog, etc.
    4. Get a link to the video which can be emailed to other users
    5. Share the video on popular social bookmarking and networking websites like Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Digg, etc.
    6. Like/Dislike a video
14. In Facility with Registration, a user is allowed to do the following on the website in relation to the Content made available for viewing/streaming purposes:
    1. Upload a profile picture on their personal page
    2. Follow the network activities (live updates from the community of other user's activities on the website)
    3. View and comment on other user's activities
    4. Search for other users on the website to add them as buddies/friends
    5. Chat one-to-one with the users in their friend's list
    6. Start a group based on their favorite shows/genres of Content
    7. Select the Content that they want to browse and view and make that as their preferred Content.
    8. Send a video link to a friend's mobile phone and can be viewed on a mobile application.
    9. Email a video to a specific friend in the list
15. There may be advertisements on the website and/or in the pre- roll (an advertisement that plays before the video begins) and mid-roll (an advertisement that plays in between the video of the Content).
16. There may be overlay advertisements while the video is playing. These advertisements may carry links to external websites of the product/service which is getting advertised through that advertisement.
17. Although acceptance of advertisements on the Website on request is subject to our terms and conditions, we expressly disclaim any liability arising out of the usage of these products or services advertised on our Website. Users of the Website are advised to use their discretion.
18. Under no circumstances, unless due to willful misconduct or gross negligence, shall MSM and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries, be liable to the users of the website and/or any third party for any lost profits or lost opportunity, indirect, special, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages whatsoever, even if MSM has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The users of the website specifically agree not to file in person/through any family member and/or any third party any applications, criminal and/or civil proceedings in any courts or forum in India against MSM and/or their directors, employees, officers, affiliates or subsidiaries to claim any damages or relief in connection with the use of the website.
19. MSM is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided on the website is provided "As is" without warranty of any kind. MSM makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the users of the website and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
20. MSM reserves all rights to make amendments to the existing terms and conditions contained herein any time without prior notice.
21. Users of the website acknowledge that they will not hold MSM and/or any of its affiliates or agencies engaged by them with regard to the usage of website liable for any loss or opportunity, monetary loss due to their usage of the website or registration on the website.
22. MSM reserves the right in its sole discretion to withdraw hosting of this website at any given point of time without incurring any liability to the users who are registered with the website. Registered users acknowledge that registration on the website does not offer them any monetary benefits or incentives and that the registration merely entitles them to view and share the Content.
23. All liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law including any implied terms. All disputes arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to Indian laws and be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
